House on the Rocks
Ohhhh, how I love to daydream about places like this. "Mr. Wood, a 79-year-old Boston architect, bought the house with his ex-wife Joan in 1961 for $3,600. It had been empty for two decades." This house has 10 bedrooms with a view. The homeowners have come up with an ingenious way to maintain the property. They have a 'work' weekend by inviting 70 people over who are lovers of their home to come help with things like ohhhh, washing 65 windows. What a great idea. Read the whole story from the origi nal source: New York Times. First seen on A Cup of Jo.
